NoVirusThanks Website Blocker is a freeware tool that lets you easily manage allowed and blocked websites.
The application allow users to add a website in the blacklist or in the whitelist, is possible to allow only whitelisted websites and block all the other unknown websites.
There are other useful options, such as log allowed websites (spy mode), block secure connections https (useful to block login pages), and is also possible to block all inbound and outbound traffic.
This software is available for versions of Windows up to Windows 7, including 64-bit versions.
