PicoTorrent is a friendly BitTorrent client for Windows that uses little resources but delivers high performance.
It is built directly on the Windows APIs and looks native on all supported Windows platforms. For the privacy conscious, it is easy to setup a proxy connection with support for I2P, SOCKS4, SOCKS5 and HTTP(S) proxies. It also supports strong encryption.
