This is an old version of this software. You can also download v4.0 Build 1057 (latest stable version) or v2.5.1008.0 Beta (latest beta version).

SmartFTP is a fully-featured FTP client for Windows that supports SSL connections, FXP transfers, multiple connections, proxies, etc.

It is totally free for personal use (although random "nag" screen pops up when you open the software when not registered, but that's just matter of clicking the OK) and very simple to use, even for beginners who don't really care to know how the FTP works.
