BitTornado v0.3.18 Beta

This is the latest beta version of this software. The latest stable version is v0.3.17. Download the latest stable version.

BitTornado is an alternative BitTorrent client that allows a bit more adjustments than the original client. The most noticeable differences are the ability to adjust upload rate and the number of maximum uploads. It also includes pre-defined settings for various types of Internet connections.

A highly recommended software for those who do not need to more advanced features of, for example, Azureus or G3 Torrent.

I was using version 3.8 for many months without incident. I upgraded to this version and it crashes very time I hit the Finish button to end a session. Version 3.8 was much more stable and I am going back to it.

When I dl it says it is corrupt then when I run it asks for bit file to use but I havent got any???

i have never had a complaint about BitTornado

Use it for 5 months already (4 differents version) and find it to be the most reliable client that I used until now (Did try ABC, Azureus and Shareaza and...). The speed made the difference for me and the fact that it didn't take to much memory compare to Java base Azureus by example. But I find that generally client have different response to different trackers. For my usual trackers BitTornado does the job.

This torrent tool is not bad. It works the best for me with the average speed is 40 kbs. Some time it goes up to 100kbs. I also have some firewall problem with it but i fixed it and it now working with the green light. But sometime it really suck lol.
