The Blocklist Manager v2.6.5 Beta

The Blocklist Manager is an application that downloads blacklists from various sources and exports them to applications such as:

Protowall
Blockpost
ZoneAlarm
Sygate
PeerGuardian
Kazaa Lite K++
eMule
And many other popular P2P apps & firewalls

It is quickly becoming a Swiss army knife in network security with all the tools that have been added to it such as:

Angry IP Scanner
SmartWhois (downloaded separately)
AnalogX Simple Server
Aldo's Hosts manager
Port Listener
KaZuperNodes
and more to come...

The Blocklist Manager can simplify and automate many tasks for you. The Blocklist Manager can be set up to download, merge and export a list for you. It also includes a built in converter that allows you to convert to and from various formats.
Some of these formats are listed below:

Protowall/PeerGuardian
Blockpost V1 & V2
ZoneAlarm
Sygate
Generic IP
IP Chains
Snort
And many more

The Blocklist Manager has the ability to import from custom sources also. Along with this, it has a built in Inclusions/Exclusions manager. With these Inclusions/Exclusions managers , you can define custom IP’s and ranges to be included or excluded from your blocklist. This can be useful if there is a web site that is blocked and you want it unblocked, you can just add the IP address of the website to the Exclusions manager. The Inclusion Manager makes it very easy if you want to build you own personal blocklist and convert it into various formats.

Another special feature in the Blocklist Manager is the whois tool called the Whois Project that allows a user to lookup IP addresses. The Whois Project was made by The Faimous One and Seraphielx to stop the confusion of having to know which IP addresses are listed on which whois servers. It will select the proper server and look up the IP for you.

The Blocklist Manager also includes some built in IP tools. These include an IP Configuration utility, an IP Range Calculator and a Netmask List.

As I have'nt been able to get it working properly,mainly due to listfeeder sites like <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.bluetack.co.uk/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=1" target="_blank">http://www.bluetack.co.uk/modules.php?na...=showpage&pid=1</a>
dropping like flies,can't really evaluate it fully-also,kaspersky flagged it's portsniffing as riskware-ho-hum;

The software remindes me of the first time I tried to download a torrent, and how it was complicated. I figure though since I've spent the past 10-12 years downloading, it would be a good idea to learn how to protect my identity better. I'll update to let you all know how it works, but if you have questions get at me, and i'll update it sooner.
