Free Monitor Manager can adjust the screen brightness, color balance etc. of your Windows monitors.
The interface is quite simple, you just select the monitor you want to change settings for and there are five sliders to manipulate.
The first adjusts the overall screen brightness of your monitor. The second can modify the contrast.
The next three allow you to shift the balance of the Red, Green and Blue that make up the image. You can easily restore older settings if you mess up too.
