Vista / Win7 / WinXP
It provides a list of all running processes in Windows and makes it easy to select a large number of them at once. Then, if you click "Kill Selected Processes" it will kill them all.
Of course, you may not be able to kill some processes due to possible limitations in the privileges of your user or administrator account.
Still, this can be a very useful tool, especially if there are a bunch of malware processes running simultaneously.
