DotNetResourcesExtract is a freeware tool from NirSoft that can scan .NET applications and extract embedded resources.
It can scan through .exe files, or .dll files of .NET applications and extract content such as Bitmaps, Gifs, HTML files and so forth. You can specify what folder you wish to save the resources into.
NOTE: This program will not work without the .NET Framework 2.0 installed.
