For me, it does what it says it will do! My system runs smoother since I installed it. It also gives me control over any process that runs on my system (Though I dont recommend you muck around with it that much). You can control how a process runs (Priority, CPU Affinity, etc), What happens if a process stops running, hogs or locks the system (automatically change its priority, kill it, restart it, etc), exclude a process from the programs actions, and so much more. It just works and additionally gives you control over misbehaved processes, or processes you want to troubleshoot.
