Universal USB Installer is a tool that creates Live Linux USB installations that can be booted.

It lets you choose from a selection of Linux Distributions to put on a USB pendrive. Simply choose a Live Linux Distribution, the ISO file, your Flash Drive and, Click Install. Upon completion, you should have a ready to run bootable USB Flash Drive with your select operating system installed.

This tool runs on Windows, so it is definitely worth checking out if you are a Windows user who would like to take a peak at Linux without installing a Linux OS on your hard drive.
