Free RegDefrager is a freeware Windows Registry defragmentation and cleanup tool.

It is based on the idea that as you install and unistall apps, the registry becomes more fragmented and bloated, and that this tool can clean it up, improving performance. That may not be the case as it turns out, but this tool definitely could decrease the overall size of the Windows Registry.
