Process Explorer is a small utility for observing running processes and the handles or DLLs they have opened.
The program is divided into two windows -- on the top you have the you have the running processes showing all the active processes and their owners, and on the bottom one shows either handles or DLLs the selected process has opened depending whether you have the software in handle mode or DLL mode.
The program has also a quick search which can locate the processes that have opened certain handles or DLLs.
