KickStart is a start-up manager for Windows that makes it easy to toggle what starts with Windows boot and what doesn't.
It can change registry settings for you so you don't have to do it manually, making it easy for you to customize your boot. Removing programs from boot can significantly speed up boot times, but may reduce application boot times later in cases.
