Vista Codec Package v4.6.5

Vista Codec Package is a set of filters and codecs that will allow you to view your favourite video and audio files. Unlike some of the codecs, Vista Codec Package will give users the ability to choose what is installed using the public redistributable and after an unattended install, you can select to remove specific portions without removing the entire package. Vista Codec Package does not include a media player, so if choosing this codec pack, you might want to grab the latest version of Media Player Classic Classic as well.

GREAT CODEC PACKAGE. Shark007, author of "Vista Codec Pack" ... Continues to produce an Exceptional Codec Pacakge ... and continually updates it and adds great tools to it. Also, Shark007 provides Great Support on his Forum answering questions. I am giving this Codec Pack a 10 out of 10. G!:)

This is not the package you seek. Also avoid faggy k-lite. CCCP is vista ready... though I strongly suggest you upgrade from vista to XP cccp-project.net

Not only is the product complete it contains some very rare codec that you wouldn't find with the normal codec pack!

Solved my media issues on vista works great, now all files play with both sound and vision.

Nice package .. but .. if you want an all-in-one package get a kLite or CCCP codec pack :D especialy since kLite has a CoreAVC codec for all your h264 needs (godsent on a slower PC)

GREAT PACKAGE! Immediately solved my Media Player 11 problems that had prvented my playing an AVI video. (Without the CODEC Pack, the AVI was interpreted as simply an AUDIO file - played only audio portion). With CODEC Package, VIDEO PLAYS as well. THANKS!!!

I downloaded this and also picked what I needed to play AVI files on my Vista Home prem. My clips I downloaded from a friend worked great.
