This can happen when you use CCE SP to encode a DivX file. If you have the DivX codec installed, then everytime that you play a file you should also see this logo. You can disable this logo if you wish in the DivX options bt I would suggest you use ffdshow instead. Download and install ffdshow and you will notice playback much better with it installed. Also on your encoding, there should now be no more DivX logo.
