just get screw a little larger than original
and pound the in with a five pound hammer.and stop smoking bad dodo!

if you have 1 of the screws still take it to a hardware shop and they should be able to find 3 the same size.If not use google and you should find the answer.you might be able to ring a local shop that fixes/mods xboxes and they might be able able to tell you.
