Hello, I installed an LG Blueray 3D Player HX906TX but the DVD does not open using ouch or remote control.What could be the problem?

If you just bought it I would take it back and get a new one or try unplugging the power cord for a few minutes and see if it will reset the unit.Then plug it back in.It should have a troubleshooting guide in the owners manual.

Either the device is defective (return the item), or there is a power issue to the device. You didnt state if your system recognized the device, and if it did, it is getting power. Double check all your connections and also check your BIOS to see if that port is enabled and is seen by your system.
