Hello, I want to install my DVD X COPY PLATINUM to my new computer but I keep getting a message that says server sent an invalid response.

Any way you can help me? I did use the license number and password

For PITY sake!!! This software is OLD - UNSUPPORTED - OBSOLETE !!!!

You can NOT install it. Try DVDFab.

The company that sold it has been out of business for a long time now.

The company was forced out of business, and ANY software they sold, cannot be reactivated. There are several free software programs available that might suit your needs.

this program will not work on anything over windows xp,,so if your on windows 7 or 8,,out of luck
