For legit downloads, contact whoever made your equipment. Otherwise, you would be on your own.

Rulisky having a vu+duo box here if you dont have a softcam installed on it which can be legitimately downloaded you cant get the channels you paid for on your card so thats a bit of a harsh answer to Hi100
