Hello. I use gimp. Very powerful photo editor. Its also free. www.gimp.org Just search google on how to do the animation, to long of a process for here. Hoped that helped.

Gif Animator is one I have used for years you can alter the timing of the animation and much better then the more modern ones. But it is an old program so may take some finding GA15F.exe is the program file name
