Best bet save important data to an external or slave drive (must be either in a zip file or some other form of folder that can isololate the data in case there is an infection residing in any of the files) then reformat & reinstall,this time however after install use macrium reflect free to make backup images,as for help with removal youll need to post in the forum

Just make sure that you remove any other anti-virus/anti-adware that you may have on your machine at the time( since they can cause faulty scans). Once you are done scanning with them, you can uninstall them and reinstall your favorite anti-virus/anti-adware that you like( or keep using them).
