How do we fix no wifi, no imei, no iccid, and baseband is not showing on iPhone 3GS 4.2.1 baseband 6.15.00?

I have a iPhone 3GS 4.2.1 baseband 6.15.00 the problem is that the imei and the iccid number is not showing in the phone. I still have the box for my iPhone and the imei and the iccid number is in the back of the box. Is there a way to re-enter the number in the phone?

Please help I am living on Saipan in the pacific Ocean Marianas Island.

Thank you saipankid

Currently no fix for this. All new iPhone 3GS after July 2011 have new Toshiba baseband chip which blows out when you flash with iPad 6.15.00 baseband. Hopefully someone will be able to find a way to fixing this. Just depends on the damage done and what software is compatible with this new chip. As far as I know its only new 8gb 3GS models.

"Toshiba chip blows out..." Oh come on, Really??
Still seems addressable to me. Have hope, so many people have been effected by this issue, maybe some smart person will come up with a way to reflash (at least) your old baseband back on to your chip.

Sounds like baseband hw issue. I am having the same thing on a 3GS I purchase from a girl. Done everything using from tinyumbrella to redsn0w. I also read many posts try many different suggestions but nothing seems to work. At this point I have to believe it is a hw issue. At least my 3GS anyways.
