how to reset xbox 360 after the rrod repair was made

The xbox360 Red ringed on me (3), i pulled it apart replaced the x clamps with screws and nylon washers (this is probably the 20th xbox360 ive done). soon as i turn it on it immedietly red rings again. is there a reset or has anyone had an issue where it red rings for life?
