Hi, Im sorry I couldnt explain in full but it wouldnt let me.
This has been an excellent machine until the last few months in both quality and performance but it now decides which programmes on the recording schedule it will actually record and on top of that it has for about a year switched itself off and then back on again and it is really annoying us.
We would be very happy if you could resolve this matter, we bought it via amazon.
