i have a computer with mswindows 7 and i use mozilla or ie for my hotmail and everytime i try and reply i cant see the previously writin email
it is a brand new computer and only happens at home. when im at a friends place it is fine? would it be the ethernet cable or router? please help! driving me crazy!

it would not be either, Clear your cookies and all temp data.
If it is a fresh computer then your going to need to set everything up the way you want, but cant see why you can just read the email summarize and then reply.
