I have a Sony Vaio Model # VPCEH1AFX Having issues loading, Ive tried everything, was wondering how I could aquire a windows7 reboot w/o purchase

Fixing for a friend, when turned on, it shows the Vaio load screen and flashes off, then back onto that screen(repeating) will not load recovery client with f8 and can only access BIOS and quick web will load

Ideas?
