I upgraded my cyclone to a cyclone primus v.2. and i cant move files from my pc to the box even though it starts the process? Then fails?
Connected via 2.0 USB (printer usb) managed to move some media however during transfer it stops around 10-15secs in? I get a message saying the Disk may have been disconnected or the file path has been lost When i click on the computer to check my drives the icon is not present. Nothing has been moved Psyshicly and the lead has not been moved?......... Help please.

have you tried a different cable? a different port? a different PC to rule out yours, simple steps to find the problem
