We have been useing a Net gear Router for many years now with AT&T and as of late it started kicking all of our devises off the network except the desktop [it uses LAN wired connection.] Now we bought brand new modem and Router hopeing to fix the problem. NOPE! I whent in installed and configured the cisco Linksys WRT120N home router and still no wireless internet for other laptops and PS3 the desktop I am makeing this article on works still[it is useing a cable (like always) in the internet port 1]

Now the set up is WPA/WPA2 with a password. The OS on all of our computers is windows vista or windows 7. When we try to connect to the these routers Windows immeadatly tells us that is cant connect to the router. wile messing with some setting I can get it to tell me its because the router doesnt reply(something like that). All the diagnose and repair recommendations say that I need to reset the modem and/or router or reset the network adapter, but that does not work AT ALL.
On the other scale if I take the internet cord and plug it into any of the other laptops it cant identify the network so i get stuck at Local Connectivity.
I need full discriptive answers I am going mad because of this mind bending problem any help would be sooo helpful THANKS.
