Lap Toshiba Sat L645-S4038. Win7. Bluescreen. was getting every msg in the book including bad pool caller, bad pool header, process1 installation failed, page fault and several others. Repair disk bootup didn't help. Factory reset by hitting "0" worked, then failed after shutoff. F8 F12 and "0" now all lead to same error msg above. Please note: the ONLY screen I can get to is setup utility. I cant access safemode, command prompt, restore, strip drive or repair menu by any means I know of. I dont have a W7 install disk. Toshiba offers $25 repair disk but I assume thats the same as the factory reset option on the hard drive. Computer is toast anyway so Ill try anything, including starting from scratch with linux if thats the only option. Suggestions?
