Processes that wont close, access denied, no program Ive thrown at it will close it. How can I close it?

Right now its the game Killing Floor but the Ive had the same problem with Skype.
Ive used HijackThis
Advanced Process Killer
Process Explor
Command Prompt + Taskkill
PSTools

Nothing works

Im using Windows 7 64-bit.

Tried PSTools, no luck.
