Purchased a textbook from cafescribe.com for class only to find out that printing has been disabled. Is there any way I can circumvent this?
The files associated with the program are .adbook file extension --- something I have never heard of. Is there a process running in the background that I can end that will enable printing? Thanks for your help!

Press Ctrl and PrtSc, that will take a screen shot. Then open paint, and select paste. It will make a exact copy of what was on your screen.
