What is the PRTK Code for an APC Back UPS Pro 1400?

I need the PRTK Code for an APC brand UPS (Uninterruptible Power Source).
I need it to make the monitoring software work properly.

I contacted APC and they said that their codes are "Proprietary".

Still no answer.
