No calls or emails explaining why this sudden interruption occured and I was hoping someone with some experience could give me an answer before I call them and get the automated response. Or if someone can explain how I can use a work around.

apparently comcast can cut peoples internet off if the user has downloaded pirated files.they may suspect your using a proxy to download pirated files and hide your ip.only real way you can find out the reason is by talking to someone that works for comcast.another idea is change isp to one that wont stuff you around.
