The hotly anticipated Dell Venue 11 Pro is now available in the U.S.
Based on a Bay Trail-based 1.5GHz Atom chip and Windows 8.1, the tablet has a 10.8 inch IPS Display with FHD (1920 x 1080) resolution and 10-pt capacitive touch.
In addition, the device has 2GB DDR3 Memory, Intel Gen7 graphics, 64GB internal storage, Dell Wireless 1538 Dual-Band 2x2 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and dual cameras 8/2 MP.
At $499 for this base model, Dell may have issues competing with the new iPad Air.
Moving up to more premium models, you can get a Y-series Core i3 with 128GB for $800 or a Core i5 with 128GB storage for $850.
The tablet ships December 5th.
