T-Mobile version of Nexus 4 now available at Best Buy, Wirefly

The T-Mobile model of the Nexus 4 smartphone is now available via Wirefly and Best Buy.
Wirefly has the phone for $150 with 2-year contract and Best Buy has the device for $200 with contract.

While buying on-contract may save you a little bit of money up front, the deal is infinitely worse than buying the device straight from Google, unlocked. While it is currently sold out in the Google Play Store, the company offers it for $300 or $350 (depending on storage) with all the same specs, and no contract.

If buying from a retailer, the device has a 3-5 shipping delay and its unclear how many are in stock.

No, I disagree. You’ll save tons of money in the long run when buying the device from the Play store outright for $299.99 without a contract. Yes, it is currently SOLD OUT. However that is a problem between LG and Google. If they get their act straight, then its infinitely better to get the phone contract-less from the Play Store (assuming you don't need the data service and plan to use wifi only).
