Russian email giant Mail.ru makes new services available in the U.S.

Russian email giant Mail.ru has expanded to the U.S. with the new brand name, My.com, launching an email, IM and gaming service.
myMail is an email client for iOS and Android users that allows for Gmail, AOL, Outlook and Yahoo to be supported (and other POP/IMAP) and includes realtime push notifications when you receive emails.

Mail.ru's new myChat application is an IM service similar to WhatsApp, Line and others, and offers instant messaging, VoIP and voice calling. There is also, of course, emojis and stickers.

The company confirmed that the myCamera photo editing app would be coming soon.

Check out the new offerings here.

How will that make any difference..? We already know the NSA is spying on us, you know.

I'm more concerned with malware screwing up my computer than gov't spying.

Mail.ru is a very well-known email provider outside the US. That's rather unlikely.
