ReQuest announced today that they've selected Quantum as HDD supplier for their upcoming MP3 home stereo equipment called AudioReQuest(TM) Digital Music System. System can store appx. 300hours of near-CD quality mp3 music. System also supports WMA and other popular Internet audio compression technologies. Device will be available in January 2000 and priced in $799.
