In one of the stranger cross promotions we've seen this year, the Chili's restaurant chain is offering free Android phones.
To promote their new app, the company is offering a free Android smartphone (it is unclear which one) if you buy $25 worth of food through the Chili's website.
The device will come with a two-year contract, so it isn't necessarily completely "free" but it could be an okay deal for someone looking for a new phone.
