I own two of these televisons. I did not purchase them brand new, but each of them were about three or four years old when I got them. I have not had any issues at all with either TV after years of daily use. The only issue I have with these TVs are their weight, this model came from 2006-2007, when LCDs were still in the early stages of evolving so this model, the L42HDTV10A weighs about 80lbs and is difficult to move with only one person. Lifting it on top of a dresser to mount on the table stand was nearly impossible by myself. If you can find one that is being sold as Used and it doesnt havany scratches on the screen, anything under $350 should be considered a steal of a deal.
