My boyfriend got this monitor for my dorm room and it’s awesome! He knows I love to game on my Xbox360, but was using a really small 20 inch old TV that had problems projecting a clear screen. The new BenQ G2420HD that he got me was an extremely big step up from that old TV. Now I get to play Call of Duty 4 on Full HD, yay!

I just wanted to write a review about how much I love and adore this new monitor. I must say, I’m extremely impressed with the quality and display capabilities of the monitor as well! It’s extremely bright, of course has HDMI and DVI so I can connect my Xbox, it has power saving mode which makes the screen goes under 1W. I appreciate that, because I believe every little effort to save the environment counts, so I thank BenQ for designing a friendly product for the environments sake!
I also tried watching DVD’s on the monitor, haven’t had a chance to check out Blu ray though, I don’t have a Blu ray player or a PS3, YET! But DVD works brilliantly. I love the design of the monitor too; it’s sleek, glossy, and very pretty. I love my new G2420HD!!
