I am currently running this on a Gigabyte 785G Micro board with 2x1GB DDR2-800 and it's very stable, but runs a bit hot. Doesn't overclock very well, but this isn't a black edition. I would recommend this to any one on a budget.

This is an great CPU. It is very fast and its hard to find a faster processor for the price. Totally worth it.

An awesome CPU for the money. The Phenom seems to be riddled with issues. I am converting DVD files from/to AVI in 15min when it used to take 30+min with my 3800+.
