Got this DTV converter at Target yesterday. I installed using my old rabit ears and i got all the channels I wanted. I live in the riverside area and my one HDTV gets all the Digital channel in my area. I connected the Ge converter to my bedroom analog TV and everything worked great. It has smart antenae features but I don't have that, yet. Target sells it 4 $54,95. I've seen it at other website listing for $75 + 9.95 shipping... way to much. The set-up was able to received digital signals to 58 stations. I got all the major networks plus many UHF station here in SoCal.
