Really nice unit as far as DTV converters go. It performed really well in all my tests. It's added an analog passthrough over the DTT900 which is a big plus for me as all our stations havent switched yet.

I bought the Zenith DTT901 today. Excellent reception compared to a DigitalStreams DTX9900 in an identical, typical apartment-living setup with a rabbit ear style cheap antenna. The DS box completely missed one local tv station signal, whereas the Zenith DTT901 picked up everything it should reasonably have picked up. Zenith for the win!

I have since moved the DS box to the other TV, which has a slightly more sophisticated set of more expensive rabbit ears. It now picks up that local channel which it couldn't see previously.

Say, anyone want to buy a lightly used Digital Streams DTX9900? I would also be willing to trade my DS DTX9900 for another Zenith DTT901...
