"I bought this box on 5/24/08, and installed it the same day. Has worked fine until today...12/27/08 then two of the channels just disappeared. I redid the set up, unplugged tried again. Still no luck. I then looked the warranty is only 90 days on parts, and labor. 1 yr. on parts if you send it in. I was able to get ahold of customer service on 12/27/08 around 8pm central time. Guess what I was told their was nothing they could do, I would have to pay for labor probably around $50 hr. I plan to take it back to Walmart for an exchange. It is sad this thing only lasted 7 months, and Magnavox would not replace it. DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT. You cannot control your tv with this unit, and magnavox only covers it for 90 days. ****WALMART WILL NOT TAKE THE UNITS BACK IF OVER 90DAYS OLD...I now have a useless box."
