RCA DTA800B

"Bought the RCA DTA800 B1 back in July and now I have to send it off to be fixed and I have to pay the shipping to them. This is not something that I wanted to buy but if we want to watch TV we have to have it or Cable or something else but when I called RCA about this I was told by the person that her tax dollars bought it for me. NO her tax dollars didn't but the government wanted to do this change so she can blame the goverment for it I didn't like the way she spoke to me concerning this and that we are having to ship an item back to get it fixed when we only bought it 5 months ago. What do they think everyone has money to waste?"
