Nokia E71

"Got one of these for work last year on a contract and have found it to be a very reliable phone & office implement.
Used to have a Nokia n80i and it had problems, as in rebooting when it felt like it the stupid thing. Anyway this is Symbian aswell but has no such quirks, thank goodness.
I have fairly large hands but using the qwerty keyboard is no problem in my experience. The media player hasn't changed much from the n80i which I'd like to have seen but seems okay on the e71.

Anyway a decent phone for a reasonable price in my honest opinion ;c)"

Apple iPhone 3G 8GB

"I was tentative about this phone at first because of it's shortcomings (ie; no MMS, only a 2MP camera etc)
but I decided on this instead of Blackberry HD Touch and so far I'm not regretting choosing the iPhone.
I seriously love the apps feature, the games keep the kids quiet on boring journeys.
One thing I still don't like is the damn crappy headphones that come with this phone or the iPod Touch which I also have, I've since bought a mic headphone switcher and some Sony in-ear headphones.. MUCH better ! ;c)
WiFi range seems to be excellent from tests I've carried out.

All in all a happy camper!"

"shoved a 2gig memory card up it & it's great as an mp3 player

only gripe: phone sometimes reboots by itself (make a phone more like a mini computer and i guess we half expect these sorts of things) lol"
