"Bought one (w coupon) at Wal-Mart, and it was DOA. Four months trying to exchange at Wal-Mart but they never have any in stock. Contacted RCA who routed me to company X who routed me to company Y. Ended up dealing with "Venture Electronics" who gave RMA # for replacement. Now they call and say "pay us $20 and we will return your repaired unit". What the hey, this was a DOA unit for exchange. Authorized no "repair". Holding my unit hostage, gave me garbage for a phone number to call, letters go unanswered. Bottom line, this is not a reputable product and RCA is no longer a company worth doing business with. Whom to complain to?"
