This software is absolute crap. It never works, or when it does, it only backs up part of your stuff.
Forget the software -- simply copy your Thunderbird folder (or rar it to compress it) and copy your bookmarks from Firefox and you're done.
I've trusted this software one too many times and it simply doesn't work.
If you're email and bookmarks are important to you, back them up yourself and leave this software alone.
