The thing is Windows Media DRM 10 as far as i know has been broken and its possible to strip the drm back off.
Although it wont be possible on the phone im sure its going to be even easier for them to figure how to capture the drm key from the os there where nothing like firewall or memory/program monitors can get in the way.
But if im buying a music track on my phone im going to want to then move it onto my computer afterwards the drm would probably not allow this, which begs the question of how this restriction would effect the sales over sites which didnt restrict using drm.
