Vodafone has announced the launch of the Vodafone 150, an under-$15 mobile phone designed specifically for 'developing' nations.

The phone will be available in India, Turkey, Ghana, Kenya and 6 other African nations.

I actualy like this phone...it looks like it is built very strong, should have great battery life, and should also have excelent reception. Sure, no smartphone features, text messaging, or whatever...but a good phone that will probably have better call quality than the average $400 smartphone.
